Curriculum Management Development Strategy in Madrasah (Visionary Studies in Educating Students at the Elementary Education Level)

چکیده

The curriculum contains indicators of the success learning process, starting from aspects planning, implementation (core activities) and closing. For this reason, requires effective management development strategies, so that it is adaptive to times in accordance with needs students. This study aims analyze strategies at MTsN 4 Mandailing Natal. uses a qualitative approach descriptive analytical method. Data collection was carried out systematically through interview, observation documentation studies. Furthermore, data were analyzed using reduction techniques (data sorting), presentation, drawing conclusions. results conclude madrasas optimized by Head Natal madrasa internal namely (1) based on teaching materials must be equipped references (books) as companions; (2) teachers are required proactive facilitating student processes connecting students various resources; (3) providing adequate aids; (4) direct guidance head training activities or quality improvement workshops.
